New Peoples' Army to punish killers of activists "The Communist Party of the Philippines (CPP) Saturday said it is poised to carry out a death punishment against 204th Brigade commander Col. Jovito Palparan who is accused by the rebels of masterminding the murder of two activist leaders in Mindoro.
In a statement, CPP spokesman Gregorio 'Ka Roger' Rosal said Palparan is also responsible in a string of human rights violations in Mindoro, resulting to the death of 27 people, who were identified with the leftist group."
